Our shipping costs are equal to the shipping costs determined by TNT.
You will see the precise amount of the shipping costs on your order statement.

Returns and faults
Despite the great care we take when processing your order, items may occasionally malfunction or you may receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. In such cases, you must contact Soft Medic as soon as possible. You can do this for example through our contactform on our website or email.

Unstamped packages will not be accepted. To ensure that your complaint is dealt with quickly, you must send a copy of the invoice and state the reason for which you are returning the product.
